In September 2025, FV Hospital’s Client Solution & Consultancy Department (CSCD) was officially launched. This new department serves as a central coordinator, making it easier, more transparent, and more personalised for patients to access and use FV services.
This initiative reflects FV’s strategic direction in recent years: delivering high-quality care while also ensuring a seamless journey for every patient and client, from booking to treatment completion.
CSCD staff will focus on consultation, careful listening, and tailored support for both individuals and corporate groups to identify the most suitable healthcare solutions. Whether patients are seeking cancer, stroke, or cardiovascular screening; maternity and newborn care; paediatric screening; or annual health checks, CSCD will serve as an approachable, informative point of contact.
CSCD will focus on consulting and listening to patients’ needs to provide tailored healthcare solutions.
Mr Pham Ngoc Huy, Head of the Client Solution & Consultancy Department, emphasised: “We want our clients to feel that when they come to FV, they not only receive complete service information but also have a dedicated team that is always by their side, ready to provide solutions and wholehearted support in every situation.” This approach is already being demonstrated through CSCD’s pilot initiatives, such as the Hospital Navigators, who accompany and support patients throughout their treatment journey at FV.
CSCD was formed from the former Sales Department team, with its redefined function affirming FV’s commitment to “Patient-Centred Care.” The department will remain an essential bridge, coordinating seamlessly across departments and enhancing the patient experience both inside and outside the hospital.
With this change, FV aims for every patient and client to receive international-standard healthcare and to feel cared for, respected and reassured at every step of their healthcare journey.
