How To Prepare Jelly Drinks

JELLY WITH GELATINE – RECIPE FOR 6 GLASSES (REGULAR DIET)

1 litre of sugar-free cola drink

25 g of gelatine

1 litre of water

25 g of gelatine

25 g of sweetener

15 g of fresh lemon juice

1 litre of water

25 g of gelatine

20 g of sweetener

16 g of instant coffee powder without sugar  (1 bag of instant coffee)

1 litre of water

25 g of gelatine

20 g of sweetener

1.5 g of green tea (1 bag of green tea)

Preparation method

  1. Wash your hands with soap.
  2. Prepare the utensils.
  3. Prepare the ingredients by following the above recipes: water, gelatine, sweetener and flavour.
  4. Start preparing the jelly:
    • Pour the gelatine into water and stir well;
    • Boil the mixture and keep stirring until the gelatine is completely dissolved;
    • Pour flavour (sugar-free cola drink / lemon juice / instant coffee powder/ green tea bag) into the mixture.

  1. Notices:
    • For jelly cola: open the sugar-free cola can and let the gas evaporate for 15 minutes in free air before using;
    • For jelly tea: put the tea bag into the mixture and let it diffuse for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
  2. Add the sweetener and mix well.
  3. Pour equally into 6 glasses (150 mL /glass).
  4. Put a plastic lid and a label on each glass.
  5. Write on the label:
  • The full name (e.g. Jelly cola);
  • The date of preparation (e.g. Mfg: 20/12);
  • The date of expiration (e.g. Exp: 23/12).
  1. Keep the jelly in the fridge until serving.
  2. The jelly can be used within 3 days, after that it must be thrown away.

Jelly milk
100 ml of water

6 g of gelatine (1 teaspoon)

1 bottle/cup of milk (200 mL)

Preparation method

  1. Wash your hands with soap.
  2. Prepare the utensils.
  3. Prepare the ingredients by following the above recipes: water, gelatine and milk.
  4. Start preparing the jelly milk:
  • Pour the gelatine into water and stir well;
  • Boil the mixture and keep stirring until the gelatine is completely dissolved;
  • When the mixture is warm, pour milk into mixture;
  • Mix well.

  1. Pour equally into 2 glasses (150 mL /glass).
  2. Put a plastic lid and a label on each glass.
  3. Write on the label:
  • The full name (e.g. Jelly milk)
  • The date of preparation (e.g. Mfg: 20/12)
  • The date of expiration (e.g. Exp: 23/12).

Instant Jelly
120 ml of water

1 packet  (2.2 g)

Preparation method

  1. Wash your hands with soap.

  3. Add contents of packet to empty, dry glass.
  4. Add 120 ml of water of desired liquid quickly while stirring briskly with a fork until dissolved.
  5. Put a plastic lid and a label on glass.
  6. Write on the label:

  • The date of preparation (e.g. Mfg: 20/12).
  • The date of expiration (e.g. Exp: 23/12).
