Celebrating dedication: Highlights from FV’s 2025 Staff loyalty recognition ceremony

On the evening of 23 May, the FV Family gathered in a warm and intimate celebration: the FV Staff Loyalty Recognition Ceremony 2025. This special event honoured 184 dedicated team members marking 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service at FV Hospital – a proud milestone reflecting their tireless and meaningful contributions to the organisation.

The celebration honoured FV staff marking 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of dedicated service.

Bringing FV’s International Healthcare Standards Closer to the Community

In a respectful and joyful atmosphere, FV Hospital’s CEO Dr Jean-Marcel Guillon addressed the audience: “Twenty years ago, FV was the most advanced hospital in Vietnam. Today, we are proud to be ranked among the best in Asia – not just in our own view, but as recognised by JCI surveyors, the most objective evaluators in the industry.” He emphasised that this success is the result of unity and the tireless efforts of all FV staff.

Dr Jean-Marcel Guillon stated that no words of gratitude could truly match the dedication shown by FV staff over the past 20 years.

Dr Guillon humorously noted that when he first began the FV project, he could hardly imagine what the hospital would look like 20 years later – yet now, plans for the 25th and even 30th anniversaries are already underway. “You have transformed a dream into today’s reality. Every one of you who has grown with FV should take pride – you are healthcare professionals of the highest standard in Vietnam.”

Representing the youngest group of awardees, those with five years of service, Mr Tran Huu Vinh, Marketing & Communication Officer, reflected on his time at FV: “I was part of FV during both its most challenging and most successful times, especially during COVID-19. These five years have been a beautiful journey, and I am honoured to continue contributing.” His role in strengthening FV’s image within the community and among colleagues has made his journey even more meaningful.

Mr Huu Vinh proudly reflected on his journey of standing with FV through both its most challenging and most successful times.

Five years may not seem long, but it is enough to create lasting memories and a deep sense of pride.

For the 45 staff members celebrating 10 years of service, the sense of pride was equally strong. Pharmacist Mai Vo Hoang Son expressed his gratitude for the journey alongside the Pharmacy Department and his FV colleagues: “Like many others here tonight, I am proud to have contributed tangible value to FV’s growth and to the health of our patients.”

Pharmacist Hoang Son finds fulfilment in contributing to the community through his work at FV.

The 10-year team proudly reflects on their journey with FV Hospital, having shared in many key milestones of its development.

Nurturing “a Second Home” and Preserving Lasting Bonds.

For the 38 members celebrating 15 years of service, FV has become more than a workplace – it is a second home. Ms Kim Thi Thanh Nha, Nurse Team Leader of the Medical East Wing, shared heartfelt memories:“I vividly remember my first day at FV, being kindly guided by Ms Pauline, Ms Lan Huong, and Ms Thu Van. Today, I am not only a more experienced nurse, but also proud to be part of such a professional, caring, and compassionate environment.”

In 2025, FV Hospital proudly recognised 38 staff members who have completed 15 years of dedicated service.

Ms Thanh Nha regards FV as her second family, which has helped her grow and mature in her career.

With 15 years of dedication, FV is not just a workplace but also a second family.

Representing the 23 honourees marking 20 years of service, Dr Nguyen Thi Lam Giang, former Head of Anaesthesiology and a highly respected figure at FV, moved the room with her simple yet touching message:“I have been here since the very beginning, and I’ve witnessed FV’s growth every step of the way. This has been a truly meaningful journey, and I am deeply thankful for my colleagues who’ve shared it with me. I hope the younger generations will continue writing this beautiful story of FV.”

Dr Lam Giang was visibly moved as she shared her heartfelt reflections on her 20-year journey with FV.

A 20-year journey at FV represents a remarkable dedication to helping build one of Asia’s leading international hospitals.

Not every journey at FV has been easy. ICU Midwife Huynh Kim Thi described her 20-year journey as a “walk through roses” – a journey filled with both fragrance and thorns. She spoke about the personal and professional challenges she faced, including her battle with lung cancer. “At that time, I felt completely lost and couldn’t speak to anyone. It was the compassion of Dr Son (Medical Director) and the personal support of Dr Jean-Marcel that helped me through. Words cannot express my gratitude,” she said tearfully.

Ms Kim Thi overcame one of the most difficult times in her life with the quiet and unwavering support of Dr Jean-Marcel Guillon.

Her story brought an unexpected wave of emotion to the room as she shared how FV had given her a family: her husband, Mr Phan Ngoc Tri, also a beloved FV colleague, and their four children, all born and cared for at FV. A small family growing within a big one.

The 2025 FV Staff Loyalty Recognition Ceremony was an evening of heartfelt stories and meaningful moments. For all who attended, it served as a powerful reminder of the warmth, dedication, and human values that have shaped FV for the past 22 years – and will continue to guide us as we advance in our mission to lead in healthcare.

The FV Staff Loyalty Recognition Ceremony 2025 concluded on a high note, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended.
