It seemed that the weather and traffic didn’t “support” the event and might cause many obstacles before the event on the evening of 27th May. However, the celebration held at Crystal Palace was a very solemn, warm and full of dear guests from FV.
The Staff Loyalty Event had a good start despite some obstacles due to the weather
It’s hard to recognise them when they’re all shining in party outfits
The string orchestra at the reception hall created a luxurious and joyful atmosphere for attendees. After the reception, there was an opening contemporary dance that left an impression and helped to recall the meaning for the Staff Loyalty event. The celebration is held annually to show our gratitude for the staff who have spent 5 years, 10 years, 15 years working and collaborating with the hospital. This year, it was also the first milestone, where FV has the first employee who has devoted 20 years to the development of FV.
Dr Jean-Marcel Guillon shared an interesting story about different events at FV
Speaking at the opening ceremony, CEO – Dr Jean-Marcel Guillon shared: “Honestly, I don’t think we have been operating for nearly 20 years. I want to give special thanks in this 20th anniversary of FV. I would like all of you to know that I feel very emotional every time I see you all at this ceremony. Thank you, for your work, dedication and creativity at FV.” Doctor Jean-Marcel also said that next year it will be a more special occasion as more than 60 employees will celebrate their 20 years working at FV.
Dr Louis Brasseur has shared his passion after 5 years of working with FV
On behalf of the employees who have worked at FV for 5 years, Dr Louis Brasseur (Head of Pain Control Unit) shared his sincere emotions. and with the staff at the Pain Control Unit. “I know it’s hard to please everyone, but I hope I’ve helped the hospital over the past 5 years. Thank you, to all the staff and friends who have supported me and my associates during this time.”

The atmosphere of the Honouring Ceremony is filled with emotions and stories with sincere feelings for FV Family. Ms Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngoc (Medical Secretary Team Leader – FV Saigon Clinic) said: “My colleagues and I will cherish these moments, when we’re able to sit down together and to tell stories from the many years. Above all, we also have the opportunity to say, that we love FV.” 10 years at FV for Ms Thanh Ngoc went by like a moment. Yet she has learned fulfilling and memorable things here.
Dr Vo Trieu Dat brought a romantic atmosphere to the events with bilingual love songs
Nurse Huynh Thi Dai Loan had a pride of being a 15-year staff at FV
This year’s anniversary also brought a unique experience of elegant music through Vietnamese-French bilingual songs, performed by Dr Vo Trieu Dat. In addition, the interesting stories in the video footages, by FV staff who have worked with us for 15 years, it brought special emotions and unforgettable memories to the attendees. “I feel very proud and honoured to be working at FV. I learned a lot of things, especially empathy for patients and colleagues. Thank you, to the Board of Directors for taking care of us”, shared Ms Huynh Thi Dai Loan (Nurse – Hy Vong Centre), representing 15-year staff.
Dr Jean-Marcel thanked Ms Thanh Mai for 20 years of devotion to FV
On this special occasion, Ms Pham Thi Thanh Mai (COO) was the first to the list of employees who have devoted 20 years to FV. Ms Thanh Mai shared: “My feelings for FV 20 years ago and FV today have not changed. Every day I come to FV, I feel as positive and fresh as if it was ‘day one’ at work. I would also like to thank and appreciate all of you who have been with me for a long time.”

The Anniversary to honour Staff loyalty for FV in 2022 has ended, but it also opened a new stage in the career of all members of FV Family. As CEO Jean-Marcel Guillon affirmed, he wants FV to be not only a place to work, but also a place for people to have an opportunity for self-development, to shine and to bring about positive changes for themselves and for society
