Ms Anh, a long-time entrepreneur in the interior design industry, prioritizes both her personal health and the well-being of her family. She has sought medical care from various healthcare providers in search of a service that meets her expectations. During her first visit to FV Hospital, she shared: “The doctors are attentive, caring, and truly listen to their patients, which made me feel reassured throughout my consultation.” This positive experience was further enhanced by the unexpected award she received at the start of the year.
Speaking about the award, Ms Anh shared her surprise upon receiving the notification, as she had not expected that participating in a survey would bring her such good fortune. She also mentioned that, although she had not been aware of this programme before, she appreciates the initiative and was delighted to be chosen as the lucky recipient.
