FV Hospital, a member of Thomson Medical Group, proudly partnered with the PPA Tour Asia – MB Vietnam Open 2025, part of the PPA Tour Asia system, held from 4 to 7 September 2025 at Global City Sports Park, Ho Chi Minh City. This marked the first time a world-class pickleball tournament was hosted in Vietnam, representing an important milestone in bringing Vietnamese pickleball to the global arena.

As the official medical partner of the event, FV mobilised a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, ambulances, and advanced medical equipment to remain on standby at the competition venue, ensuring the safety of 354 athletes representing Vietnam, Australia, the UK, India, China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and other nations.

A professional medical station was established, fully equipped with medicine, first-aid kits, stretchers, splints, and a rapid-response team to manage common sports injuries, while remaining fully prepared for more serious emergencies throughout the four-day tournament.

FV’s Emergency Team was on duty throughout the event, providing timely intervention in all injury cases.

Thanks to FV’s presence, athletes competed with confidence, delivering exciting matches while highlighting the importance of healthcare in sports and fostering a safe, responsible, and professional sporting spirit. Fortunately, no serious injuries occurred during the tournament.
