The winner of the Q4/2025 FV Hospital Service Quality Survey is Ms L.T.T. Dung, a resident of Ho Chi Minh City. Ms Dung is a particularly long-standing patient, having been with FV Hospital for 14 years, since her first pregnancy in 2012.
Ms Dung recently visited the hospital to share her feelings about this unexpected news. She said she was genuinely surprised and even a little concerned at first, as she had never imagined that simply taking part in a service quality survey, intended to help FV improve its services, could result in such a significant prize.
Ms Dung’s family is a strong testament to their long-standing trust in FV’s healthcare services, with three generations choosing FV as their healthcare provider. “When I gave birth to my first child, we were living quite far from FV, yet we still chose the hospital. Now that we live closer, it is even more convenient,” she shared.

Both of her children, born in 2012 and 2017, were delivered at FV and have continued to receive regular healthcare services there. She was particularly impressed by the dedication of the midwives and nurses in caring for newborns, allowing mothers time to rest and recover after childbirth. Following this positive experience, she has recommended the FV Thomson Maternity Department to many relatives and friends who were expecting babies.
Most notably, Ms Dung’s mother made a remarkable recovery following pelvic fracture surgery performed by Dr Truong Hoang Vinh Khiem, Specialist Level II. She is now able to walk normally again. “Since then, our family’s trust in FV Hospital has only grown stronger, and we always recommend the hospital to others whenever healthcare is needed,” Ms Dung said.
Explaining why her entire family has continued to choose FV, Ms Dung emphasised the sense of comfort and ease she experiences: “I never feel pressured when coming here for treatment. The doctors are dedicated and provide very thorough consultations, which gives me great peace of mind.” This friendly, family-like approach to care has been the key factor behind her family’s trust in FV for more than 14 years.
FV Hospital sincerely values the trust and contributions of loyal patients such as Ms Dung and her family. Patient feedback and evaluations are a vital source of motivation for FV to continuously enhance professional standards and service quality, ensuring the hospital remains a trusted healthcare provider for the community.
Once again, FV Hospital would like to congratulate Ms L.T.T. Dung. We wish her and her family a New Year filled with good health, peace, and happiness.
The FV Hospital Service Quality Survey is conducted quarterly in partnership with Cimigo.
The programme aims to gather feedback from patients and customers who have used, or are currently using, healthcare services at FV Hospital. Based on this feedback, FV continuously improves its services and strives to deliver the best possible experience for patients throughout the treatment journey. At the end of each quarter, FV conducts a random lucky draw based on survey participant data. A shopping voucher worth VND 15 million is awarded each quarter and has consistently been a welcome surprise for many selected participants.
