FV Shining Star of Mar 2022 is a young man who is passionate in everything he does. The enthusiasm and cheerfulness help Mr Nguyen Truong Giang (Staff of the Linen & Housekeeping Department) approach the environment at FV well, and also helps him balance the difficulties in his current job.

Initially, when he came to work at the laundry room at a hospital, Truong Giang had difficulties in dealing with the job, especially psychologically. But with his humbleness, the can-do attitude, and the willingness to learn new things, gradually, the work at FV has become part of his life. Mr Giang shared: “I think this job comes to me as a serendipity and stability because it is suitable for my time”. Thanks to that, he can arrange personal time and spend more time taking care of his family, which was not possible before.

After nearly 7 years at FV, the job at the Linen & Housekeeping Department still brings Truong Giang a lot of joy. The management of the arrangement and assignment here is always aimed at improving productivity and increasing multitasking for employees; this, together with the happy working atmosphere, are the things that give Mr Giang a spirit when starting work every day. Besides, the Linen & Housekeeping Department always ensures safety in infection control and provides protective equipment, giving him peace of mind when working in the hospital environment.

“The hospital invests and upgrades machines and equipment according to our proposal, which makes the working environment convenient and brings more value to us,” said Mr Giang. The empathy and timely response from management bring efficiency and enhance the connection between everyone.

After many years working at the hospital, the encouragement from colleagues and superiors has brought Mr Giang much joy in his work. At the same time, the nomination for a Shining Star award made him feel recognised and promoted at work. It is also a motivation for Mr Truong Giang to keep striving towards higher and better goals for his future career.

Mr Giang believes: “Each position at FV has different difficulties, so I always try to complete my work so as not to interrupt the work of other departments”. Perhaps with his enthusiasm and dedication to his work, Mr Nguyen Truong Giang has perfected himself day by day and brought himself the FV Shining Star Award.
