FV Shining Star November 2022, was awarded to Pham Dang Anh Tai (Porter – Medical West Ward), he is a gentle person who loves his work. His efforts at work helped Tai receive the award of FV Shining Star, and provides him direction to develop his career path.

According to Tai, being a medical porter is not too complicated, but it needs support through the different stages and requires talking to many people. Five years ago, when he first joined FV, the job was a little confusing for him, but gradually he has worked it out.

Tai shared: “I used to be a quiet person, rarely interacting with many people. But working at FV has changed me. So, I greatly like what I’m doing now.” Generally, when finding a suitable working environment, a person would need to be dedicated even though sometimes they don’t realise it. Day by day, they bring positive changes. Tai is the case; he has become more sociable while working with this job.

He considers himself introvert, this initially brought difficulty in interacting with people, Tai saw that following the processes and regulations his advantages. Tai shared: “There are many things that could be skipped easily, but I want to work according to the planned process, it helps me to be proficient and not make mistakes.” It can be said that discipline is a good quality in any environment, and a disciplined person is like the hinge of a door, helps to keep all all scales of task within their correct range.

Besides the interest in the job, Tai feels that working at FV also creates engagement. It started with the care and help from his surrounding co-workers. “Not only at work, sometimes I also share difficulties and ask questions from my personal life.” Their sympathy helps Tai overcome difficulties in the job, and provides the desire to stay with FV has been also growing day by day. That is what the positive work environment can achieve – engagement and promotion.

When he received the FV Shining Star he wishes to provide care for patients in the future, like nurses. It’s not really a dream, it’s a clear direction and heartfelt intention of Pham Dang Anh Tai.
