The lucky customer in Q2/2024 from The Quality Service Awards Survey Lucky Draw is Mr Pham Phong Phu (Ho Chi Minh City). Recently, Mr Phu visited the Guest Relations Department on 17th July to receive his award.
Mr Phu, who is a manager at a major car company, is someone who regularly checks and cares about his own health. Although he has only been using services at FV Hospital for three years, he expressed great satisfaction with the quality at FV. Mr Phu told us “I highly appreciate the cleanliness and environment at FV, it makes me feel comfortable and that I am not like I am a patient.” Additionally, he is particularly impressed with the professionalism and the way doctors spend time to listen, discuss, and collaborate with patients top create treatment plans.
Talking about this award, Mr Phu was completely surprised when he received the notification that he was the lucky winner. He stated that due to the nature of his job, he enjoys contributing feedback to survey programmes to help improve service quality. He found it very interesting that this regular action eventually brought him an unexpected prize.
Contributing more about his experience at FV, Mr Phu mentioned that he had used the health check-up package at the hospital, through which he detected and is currently monitoring a heart condition at FV. His health is currently very well-controlled. He hopes that patients over the age of 50 will pay more attention to their heart health to reduce risks affecting their life.
