At FV, we are more than just colleagues – we are a close-knit family, where every individual plays a vital role in building a rich community in camaraderie and resilience. To celebrate our unforgettable moments and strengthen the bonds that unite us, we are excited to announce the launch of the “FV in My Heart” video contest!

With the theme “FV in My Heart,” the organisers hope that the cherished stories, familiar faces, and beloved scenes will come to life through vibrant images in each frame, creating memories to treasure forever.

Contest details: 

• Theme: “FV in My Heart”.

• Duration: 10 December 2024 – 10 January 2025.

• Announcement Date: 17 January 2025.

• Attractive Prizes:

– 1st Prize: Philips Back Massager + 10 million VND in cash; will be presented at the FV 2024 Year-End Party.

– 2nd Prize: Philips Neck, Shoulder, and Back Massager + 8 million VND in cash.

– 3rd Prize:  A set of 6 bottles of olive oil + 5 million VND in cash.

Additionally, all videos will become valuable media resources featured on FV Hospital’s communication platforms—an excellent opportunity to highlight the “filmmaking talents” of FV Family members to the wider public.

How to Participate:

– Video Length: 2 to 5 minutes.

– Format: horizontal frame (16:9), minimum resolution of Full HD (1920×1080) or higher for optimal display quality. Clear, stable visuals and clear, noise-free audio are required to ensure the best experience.

– Content: Videos must use original footage. Avoid using copyrighted materials from the internet. Original shots and recordings taken at FV Hospital are highly encouraged.

– Theme: Videos should include elements related to FV, such as the workplace, shared moments, or what you love most about FV.

– Title: The video must have a title that conveys the message you wish to share.

– Content Restrictions: Absolutely no images related to other medical institutions are permitted.

– Compliance:  Filming and the use of images must adhere to the hospital’s policies. If patients or their families appear in the video, please contact the organisers for guidance.

– Submission: Email your entry with the following subject line: Full Name of Representative – Employee ID – Phone Number – Department – Title of Video
