Dr Vo Thi Thanh Van graduated from Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine in 2016 and later earned her Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in 2020. She further honed her expertise with a one-year fellowship at Antoine Beclere Hospital in Paris, France – a renowned centre for high-risk pregnancy care, prenatal diagnosis, and foetal intervention.

After returning from France, Dr Vo Thi Thanh Van sought an internationally recognised working environment that mirrored her experience in France. This aspiration led her to join the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department at FV Hospital.

With over eight years of experience in both public and private hospitals, Dr Thanh Van brings solid expertise and a compassionate approach to supporting women and mothers throughout their pregnancy journey and reproductive health care. She also has experience counselling on chromosomal abnormalities and foetal infections, helping expectant mothers better understand their health conditions and those of their babies.

Additionally, Dr Thanh Van is highly skilled in advising on safe and effective contraception methods, including implants and intrauterine devices (IUDs). Dr Thanh Van previously worked at AIH Hospital (2020 – 2022) and Hoan My Thu Duc Hospital (2022 – 2023), where she gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating obstetric and gynaecological conditions. During this time, she managed numerous complex pregnancies and effectively handled obstetric emergencies.
