Ms Dinh Thi Hoai Phuong (Diagnostic Radiographer) is someone who has always loved her work at FV. Starting her career at FV in 2021, Ms Thuong found a professional, friendly work environment full of growth opportunities. She particularly appreciates the clarity in the hospital’s workflows and HR policies, which gives her confidence and peace of mind. Her “teammates” are always ready to support each other, creating a united and efficient team. In return, Ms Thuong is highly regarded by her colleagues for her work ethic and sense of responsibility, constant enthusiasm and willingness to assist those around her.

Caution and attention to detail are essential qualities for diagnostic imaging professionals. Ms Thuong is noted for possessing these admirable traits. Whenever faced with a challenging situation, she always takes the time to thoroughly check all information before proceeding, ensuring the highest accuracy for patients. She shared “Being careful is never unnecessary in this job, as the health, safety, and treatment of patients greatly depend on the results of imaging diagnostics.”

For patients, Ms Thuong maintains a gentle demeanour. Her smile and thorough explanations are strategies she often employs to reassure patients, helping them feel more at ease during X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and more. She explains, “Sometimes, to calm patients, I have to enter and exit the imaging room several times or remain in the room with them throughout the procedure to boost their confidence.” This approach fosters a friendly diagnostic environment, allowing patients to feel calm and safe.
