FV Hospital Awards VND 15 Million Voucher to Service Quality Survey Winner (Q1 2026)

On 14 April, Ms T.T.M.N., representing the family of patient J.R. (a Canadian national), visited FV Hospital to receive the prize for our Patient Service Quality Survey (Quarter I, 2026). The award, a VND 15 million voucher, is presented as a token of appreciation to patients who share their feedback through the survey.

Receiving the award for her husband, Ms N. mentioned that Mr J.R. has been a loyal patient at FV for years. A key reason for his continued trust is the staff’s ability to communicate fluently in French. Ms N. shared: ” He feels confident when seeking care at FV, as he can discuss his health in French and better understand his condition.”

Mr J.R. has previously received care across various specialities at FV and trusted the hospital for a procedure involving the placement of three coronary stents. Ms N. shared that since then, FV has been her family’s trusted healthcare provider for nearly a decade.

Ms N. was also particularly impressed by the efficient administrative process and the professional, dedicated attitude of the staff. “I noticed a large team, and everyone was highly focused and dedicated in their work,” she added.

Once again, FV Hospital congratulates Mr J.R., Ms N., and their family. We would also like to thank Ms N. and all our patients for their valuable feedback. Your input is the motivation for FV to continuously improve our clinical quality and services, ensuring the best possible patient experience and maintaining FV as a trusted healthcare provider.

The FV Hospital Service Quality Survey is conducted quarterly in partnership with Cimigo. The programme aims to gather feedback from patients and customers who have used, or are currently using, healthcare services at FV Hospital. Based on this feedback, FV continuously improves its services and strives to deliver the best possible experience for patients throughout the treatment journey. At the end of each quarter, FV conducts a random lucky draw based on survey participant data. A shopping voucher worth VND 15 million is awarded each quarter and has consistently been a welcome surprise for many selected participants.
