To further enhance healthcare services for children and newborns, and to offer greater convenience for parents, FV Hospital’s Paediatrics & Neonatology Department will begin welcoming young patients from 7:00 AM starting 9 June 2025, one hour earlier than before.

The department will continue providing outpatient consultation throughout the day, offering greater flexibility for families – particularly those with demanding work schedules or living further away from the hospital, making it easier to bring their children in for medical care without major disruptions to daily routines.

To ensure seamless operation, the entire care team, including paediatricians, nurses, medical secretaries, administrative staff, and cashiers, will be on duty from early morning, ready to provide professional, attentive, and compassionate service to all paediatric patients.

This adjustment in opening hours reflects FV Hospital’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the paediatric patient experience, providing comprehensive and convenient healthcare for children from their earliest years.

Since 18 November 2024, several other departments, such as Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Cardiology & Interventional Cardiology, Ophthalmology & Refractive Surgery, and more recently the Health Check-up & Family Medicine Centre (from 1 May 2025) have adopted earlier opening hours of 7:00 AM, receiving highly positive feedback from patients.
