FV is a hospital with one of the most advanced healthcare processes in Vietnam – Shared by Q2/2025 FV Hospital Service Quality Survey Winner

The lucky winner of the FV Hospital Service Quality Survey Programme for Quarter II/2025 was a paediatric patient. On the morning of 10 July, Mr N.D. Le, a Ho Chi Minh City resident representing the patient, visited the Patient Experience Department to receive the prize.

Mr Le began using FV’s services in 2010 while working for a foreign company that required him to undergo a general health check at a reputable hospital. After thoroughly researching various facilities and their operating standards, he chose FV. “At that time, FV was one of the few hospitals equipped with modern machinery and capable of precise analysis. I chose FV because I trusted the hospital’s expertise and technology,” he shared.

Following that positive first experience, Mr Le and his family have continued to trust FV Hospital for over 15 years – relying on its services for regular health check-ups, vaccinations, and treatments, and even welcoming their children into the world. For Mr Le, FV remains a trustworthy choice thanks to its professionalism, cleanliness, modern facilities, and the peace of mind it provides. “Coming here feels like receiving care, not like enduring a hospital stay,” he shared.

Throughout his experience with FV, what Mr Le values most is the hospital’s treatment process – carefully designed, scientifically implemented, and aligned with international standards. He particularly recalled a critical moment when his wife underwent an emergency caesarean section due to placenta praevia. “The doctor strictly followed protocol while still being flexible and decisive in a high-pressure situation. The surgery saved both mother and baby. That’s something I deeply value,” he added.

Mr Le was also particularly impressed by FV’s rigorous sterilisation protocols, especially when it comes to paediatric care. “A tongue-tie release is a quick and simple procedure, yet the doctor used a separate, single-use instrument – something small but extremely important for newborns. It’s just a pity that patients often overlook the importance of such infection control measures,” he noted.

When it comes to cost, Mr Le believes healthcare should be viewed as an investment rather than a routine expense. “FV’s service prices may be higher than elsewhere, but that reasonable investment gives me health and complete peace of mind,” he shared. He likened it to a well-prepared meal made from quality ingredients and pure water – its true value lies in being safe and wholesome.

These heartfelt reflections highlight how deeply patients appreciate the values FV has built over the years. Their trust remains a powerful motivation for the hospital to continue delivering international-standard healthcare to the people of Vietnam. FV Hospital sincerely thanks and congratulates Mr N.D. Le and his family on receiving the award from the FV Hospital Quarter II/2025 Service Quality Survey Programme. We wish you and your family continued health, happiness, and lasting trust in FV throughout your healthcare journey.

FV Hospital conducts its Service Quality Survey quarterly in collaboration with Cimigo to collect feedback from patients who have used or are currently using its services. This input plays a vital role in enhancing service quality to ensure the best possible experience for patients throughout their treatment. At the end of each quarter, FV also holds a lucky draw based on the survey responses, with one participant winning a 15 million VND shopping voucher.
