The journey to motherhood is filled with joy, but it can often be accompanied with uncertainty, especially as the due date nears. To help mothers-to-be feel more reassured and confident, FV Thomson Maternity is launching the Tea Talks with Doctors series – a welcoming space where expectant mothers can share, ask questions, and receive caring advice from specialists.

In a warm afternoon tea setting, expectant mothers and their families can meet directly with FV’s team of obstetricians, midwives, and specialists in nutrition, psychology, and physiotherapy. The series also offers mothers-to-be the chance to connect and share experiences with one another, making the journey of pregnancy feel lighter and more joyful.

The September session will be held on 20^th September from 3:00 to 4:00 pm, focusing on one of the greatest concerns of expectant mothers: Modern and Safe Methods of Labour. The talk will be presented by Dr Vo Trieu Dat, MSc, Head of FV Thomson Maternity, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in delivering thousands of babies, including highly complex cases. The session will cover:

• Vaginal birth or C-section: understanding which method is most suitable for each mother
• Pain relief in childbirth: pros and cons of current options
• Preparation for labour day: how to get ready both mentally and physically

All topics will be clearly explained by FV’s obstetricians in a scientific yet accessible way.
