For many years, Christmas has been a much-anticipated moment at FV Hospital, where festive colours go beyond decoration to offer warmth, comfort, and belief in life’s small miracles. As the cooler air of late 2025 settles in, FV once again takes on its festive look, adorned with countless teddy bears, creating a welcoming space filled with joyful and meaningful moments for patients, their loved ones, and all FV staff.
Melodies of Peace
Kicking off this festive season was a special choral performance by the Viet Nam Tinh Hoa School. In the elegant Indochine Lobby, timeless Christmas carols resonated through the corridors, easing anxieties and bringing a gentle sense of calm. At FV, music during this season is more than an art form. It offers comfort and connection, bringing hearts together as we look forward to a peaceful new beginning.

FV Christmas Fair – A Festive Buzz in the Heart of the Hospital
The Terrace area on 3rd Floor of F Building came alive with the vibrant atmosphere of the FV Christmas Fair 2025. More than 20 carefully curated booths offered a wide range of experiences, from fashion, gifts, and mother-and-baby care products to seasonal cuisine, creating a warm and lively Christmas setting.
The annual FV Christmas Fair always attracts strong participation from FV staff and patients, who come to visit and shop.
The programme was proudly supported by key sponsors, including fashion brands Mr Crazy & Lady Sexy and dermo-cosmetics brand Mustela. Partner banks UOB, Standard Chartered, and HSBC also joined the event, contributing to interactive workshops and further enriching the overall experience for our guests.
The FV Christmas Fair also serves as a space for people to connect, interact, and share, while enjoying the warm, festive year-end atmosphere.
More than just a shopping destination, the fair became a welcoming space where patients, their loved ones, and FV staff could pause, connect, share year-end stories, and enjoy a cosy festive atmosphere that felt very much like home.
“A Christmas Wish for My Baby” – Cherishing New Beginnings
As part of the festive programme, FV partnered with Cong Dong Bau to host a special event titled “A Christmas Wish for My Baby”, a thoughtful initiative dedicated to expectant mothers.
The activities within the “A Christmas Wish for My Baby” event provided valuable knowledge and hands-on experience to support mothers on their parenting journey.
The programme offered mums-to-be precious moments of calm to connect with their babies through gentle antenatal activities, relaxing massages, and open conversations about the journey of motherhood, including the thoughtful process of choosing meaningful names for their little ones. Every written wish and chosen name reflected hopes and blessings for the day their baby arrives.
Participants also took part in a guided tour of the FV Thomson Maternity, offering families added reassurance as they experienced the modern birthing facilities and international-standard maternity care first-hand.
Santa Claus and Fairy Friends Bring Christmas Cheer to Children
One of the most anticipated moments was the surprise visit from Santa Claus and his fairy companions. Across waiting areas, particularly in the Paediatric Department, children’s laughter filled the hospital. Small gifts, shared with heartfelt wishes for good health, reflected FV’s thoughtful approach to care. At FV, emotional wellbeing is recognised as an important part of healing, helping young patients feel supported and more positive during their recovery.
Santa Claus and the FV Fairy personally handed out gifts to the children, along with warm wishes for a healthy and peaceful Christmas.
Spreading Love, Continuing the Mission
Christmas 2025 marks a meaningful chapter in FV’s ongoing journey. Amid demanding clinical work, moments shared under twinkling lights and familiar Christmas melodies offered doctors, nurses, and staff a chance to pause and reconnect with the purpose at the heart of their work.
