The Medical Advisory Board (MAB) plays a key role in upholding professional standards in clinical practice, patient care, and medical ethics. The Board meets regularly to review, discuss and vote on clinical matters, and to propose improvements to treatment processes and patient safety. The MAB also provides professional advice to the Board of Management on the development and enhancement of clinical standards, procedures, and FV Hospital’s long-term medical strategy.

Following a formal nomination and election process, FV Hospital officially announces the Medical Advisory Board (MAB) for the 2026–2028 term. The Board comprises 15 doctors representing the hospital’s key clinical specialties:

–       Dr Le Trong Phat – Head of Orthopaedics and Hand Surgery

–       Dr Phan Van Thai – Head of General Surgery

–       Dr Ho Minh Tuan – Head of Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology

–       Dr Pierre Jaillot – Head of Imaging and Interventional Radiology

–       Dr Vo Trieu Dat – Head of FV Thomson Maternity

–       Dr Orieux Guillaume – Head of Dermatology

–       Dr Nguyen Thi Dieu Huyen – Head of Paediatrics and Neonatology

–       Dr Nguyen Tu Duy – Head of Internal Medicine

–       Dr Nguyen Nam Binh – Pain Management Specialist

–       Dr Nguyen Viet Quynh Thu – Head of Dietetics and Nutrition

–       Dr Hoang Chi Tam – Ophthalmology Specialist

For the new term, the Board continues to receive strong support from the medical staff. Dr Ly Quoc Thinh, Head of Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation, ICU and Pain Management, has been appointed Chair of the Board. Dr Duong Bich Thuy, Infectious Disease Specialist, has been appointed Vice Chair. These appointments reflect the clinical team’s confidence in their professional expertise, leadership capability, and management experience.
