Kick-Start a Meaningful Year with the 15th “Give Blood – Give Hope” Programme at FV Hospital

On 4 March 2026, FV Hospital, in collaboration with Blood Transfusion Haematology Hospital, will host the 15th “Give Blood – Give Hope” programme, marking the launch of a series of voluntary blood donation activities for 2026.

Blood and blood products are essential in clinical practice for patients in need of emergency care, surgery, cancer therapy, and the treatment of several critical illnesses. However, as blood cannot yet be created artificially, the community’s voluntary contributions are the only source of blood. Therefore, regular blood donation campaigns are essential to guaranteeing a timely and safe supply of blood for patients in need.

“Give Blood – Give Hope” has grown into a yearly event at FV Hospital throughout the years. In addition to assisting with clinical treatment, the programme encourages a socially aware and loving culture in the surrounding community.
