It is known that, in this project, Ms Thanh Mai led and guided the team to implement a detailed plan, ensuring success in achieving approval from the Department of Health. Ms Thanh Mai told us she greatly admired the “day and night” working spirit of all employees in the project. In addition, Ms Mai emphasised the enthusiasm and determination in the work of the staff of the Patient Finance & Insurance Department, under the leadership of Ms Dao Thi Ngoc Bich. They have all contributed to the success of the project in an extremely short period of time.

Reimbursement costs to FV are calculated from the date of the Decision to establish a COVID-19 Treatment Hospital at FV Hospital (10th August 2021), to the ending date of this decision (16th June 2022). Our staff needed to collect and isolate many different records during the 10 months, in order to properly meet the requirements from state management agencies. Meanwhile, the time to start implementation and complete the application was only about 5-7 days. This demonstrates the efforts of the staff to accept the problems and meet the interests of the hospital.
Elegant setting of Fashionista Café and cosy ambiance of the celebration
The appreciation party was not only an opportunity to express gratitude for the silent contributions of staff in many departments to the overall work of the entire hospital, but also for many team to share joy and memories after stressful working days. This partly reminds us of the victorious journey and the wholehearted support of FV Hospital in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in Ho Chi Minh City.
