Standard LASIK surgery
Standard LASIK is suitable for patients aged 18 years or older who suffer from myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism, and have a stable glasses and contact lenses prescription.
The surgery takes 15 minutes to complete with fewer than 60 seconds of laser time required.
Femtosecond LASIK surgery
Femtosecond LASIK is suitable for patients of 18 years or older who suffer from myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism, and have a stable glasses or contact lenses prescription, especially those with thinner corneas.
This method offers a high degree of safety and prompt post-surgery recovery.
ORTHO-K
This myopia correction method is certified by the US FDA as being both safe and effective. Ortho-K gently alters the shape of the retina, which is usually too curved in cases of myopia, and helps refractive images to focus correctly on the surface of cornea.
When a patient wears Ortho-K lenses overnight, their myopia will reduce to 0 diopter, and they will enjoy clear, sharp vision the following day.
This method is recommended to treat myopia at -6 diopter and astigmatism at -1.75 diopter, for children from 12 years or older, and for sports players who find standard contact lenses inconvenient.
