Since his transition to the Insurance Department in March 2023, Minh The shared that the work here is quite challenging, but that’s exactly what inspires him. “Dealing with various insurance cases requires me to continuously enhance my medical knowledge, familiarise myself with complex procedures, and, most importantly, learn to handle situations quickly and accurately,” Minh The explained, highlighting the fascinating aspects of his current role.
